    This group will cover many subjects and will be based on an in-person Women’s Circle with…

  • A learning segment - subjects can be submitted

  • Guest speakers (Nutrition, Life’s struggles, Art, Crafts, Travel)

  • Break-out groups - be heard

  • Dance and share music

  • Talk about YOU and what’s important (the group then learns about other peoples lives) fostering compassion and learning

  • Processes and exercises for clearing emotions

  • Breathing exercises for relaxation

  • What would you like to let go of (be vulnerable [your choice] and be held)
