   • Our transformative workshops are designed to help you break free from negative patterns and cultivate worthiness and confidence. These interactive sessions provide practical tools and insights to help you reshape your beliefs and habits. There are regular new groups every few months. 2. Individual Life Coaching:

   • Through our unique approach to life coaching using SOAR, NLP, ECR - Emotional Cellular Reordering, we use techniques to release past emotions and support your present success and happiness. We help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs, empowering you to achieve your goals. 1:1 sessions are personally tailored to the next step for you and align with the times you are available rather than meeting a group’s timeline.

3. Alternative Therapies:

   • We offer a range of alternative therapies including Reiki, Pellowah, LightCodes™, chakra balances, and pain-free meridian work with tuning forks. These holistic methods help balance your energy and promote overall well-being.

4. Wellness and Gut Health

   I really struggled with losing weight in my 50’s. I was always around a size 12-14, then boom. 30kg I could not get rid of. I have found a way that really worked for me and I can help you and mentor you through it.

1. Women’s Support Circles:

   • Join our supportive women’s circles where you can connect with like-minded individuals in a safe and nurturing environment. Our monthly events offer friendship, social interest, guest speakers, and activities to help you reconnect and add more fun to your life.
