Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before engaging in services in our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

Therapeutic Agreement:

Scope of Services: The therapeutic services provided by Regain Esteem are intended to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy.
Confidentiality: All information shared during therapeutic sessions will be treated as confidential, except as required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Your privacy and trust are important to us.
Session Scheduling and Cancellation: An email reminder for Therapeutic sessions is sent giving 3 hours notice. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 2 hours notice via SMS or reschedule. A quick link is available in your reminder or booking email. Missed sessions without proper notice may be subject to $30 fee.
Fees and Payment: All fees and payment is due before or at the time of each session unless arranged prior.
Refunds: Therapeutic fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We are committed to providing a healing and supportive experience and will address any concerns you may have.
Client Health and Well-being: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform the Therapist of any health conditions, illnesses, diagnosis, implants (ear, breast, hip, knees, dental etc), allergies, or medical history that may impact the therapeutic session. Any information regarding pregnancy, trying for a baby, epilepsy, concussions, etc must be disclosed prior to any session. Our services are meant to complement, not replace, medical treatments.
Professional Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain a professional and respectful relationship during the therapeutic process. The Therapist reserves the right to terminate the therapeutic relationship if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
Informed Consent: By engaging in therapeutic services, you provide informed consent for the sessions. Many of these services require physically touch to the body. Please advise if you are uncomfortable with touch prior to the session. All therapeutic touch and techniques will be applied based on your comfort level and preferences.
Results Disclaimer: While our therapeutic services are designed to promote relaxation and well-being, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results vary from person to person.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Therapist be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the therapeutic services.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

By engaging in therapeutic services with Regain Esteem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Coaching Agreement:

Scope of Services: The coaching services provided by Regain Esteem are designed to assist and support you in achieving personal and/or professional goals. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except as required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Our discussions will remain private and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.
Session Scheduling and Cancellation:
Personal Coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.
Group Coaching session will be scheduled at fixed session times in which you have signed up for - specific terms are outlined in each group class.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 2 hours notice via SMS or reschedule on the quick link in your reminder or booking email.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be subject to fees.
Fees and Payment: Coaching fees and payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Payment is due before, at the time of each session or via payment plan, as specified in our agreement.
Refunds: Coaching fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We are committed to providing valuable services and will work together to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Commitment and Participation: Success in coaching requires your active participation, commitment, and willingness to take action and be coachable. The Coach will provide guidance, support, and strategies, but your progress ultimately depends on your efforts.
Professional Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain a professional and respectful relationship throughout the coaching process. The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour occurs.
Intellectual Property: Any materials or resources provided during coaching sessions are for your personal use and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without the Coach's written permission.
Results Disclaimer: While the Coach is dedicated to supporting your growth and success, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results are influenced by various factors, including your actions and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Coach be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services.
Recorded Sessions: Sessions are recorded for groups for review and available for participants who cannot attend sessions. All or part of these recordings may also be used in a private container. Segments of these recordings may at times be used in carousels or marketing.
